    Designed for screen printing, this 5 oz./yd² (US) preshrunk cotton tee provides an excellent base for vibrant prints. The shirt features a 90/10 cotton/poly blend for Athletic Grey and a 50/50 mix for Heather shades. Built with double-needle stitching and taped neck and shoulders, it ensures long-lasting wear. The tubular construction and tear-away label make it easy to customize. Ideal for bold, custom screen printed t-shirts.

    We offer a standard delivery and a rush turn around time (if available, for a fee) depending on your desired in-hands date. To avoid any delays ensure that all design files, mock ups, and any special instructions are included at the start of your order to avoid having to gather any missing information.

    We offer free local pick up as well as local courier deliveries, and shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, & USPS. Free UPS Ground shipping with orders placed online over $1,500. Expedited shipping speeds including 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available for a premium on time sensitive orders.

    READY DATE VS IN HANDS DATE

    All of our dates listed are dates that the merchandise will either be ready for pick up or shipped out. The ready date is the date the merchandise leaves our warehouse, and the in-hands date is the date that you will receive the packages. Based on your final shipment destination, shipping transit times need to be calculated to receive an accurate in hands date.

    COLORS & PLACEMENTS

    Due to the nature of decorating on various fabric blends, dye lots, as well as human involvement in the printing process there is a 3-5% tolerance in pms pantone matching as well as a 1/4" tolerance on placements of graphics in each direction. sample machines and production machines apply different pressure while printing and may result in a 3-5% tolerance on color from approved sample to bulk production.

    DESIGN FILES

    Acceptable file formats; .psd, .ai, .pdf, .tiff, .eps, .png Design should be expanded with all text converted to outlines and .psd files should be sent in 300 dpi to scale
