What are your standard turn around times?
Our standard turn around at the moment is between 7-14 business days depending on the quantity, number of different styles, as well as any finishing services such as custom woven labels or hang tags which can take a bit longer.
Rush Orders start around 3-5 business days when possible and options are available for 5-7 and 7-10 business days.
What decoration methods are available?
We offer a wide range of decoration methods, from embroidery, digital direct to garment printing, traditional screen printing, specialty ink screen printing like puff, high density, foil, and water-based.
We also offer our newest print method which is the waterbased transfer printing method, no minimums, unlimited colors, superior washability resutls with over 80+ washes and counting.
What happens once my order is placed?
Confirmation Email: Immediately after placing your order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email containing your unique order number.
Digital Proof Sent via Email: Within 2 to 3 business days, you’ll receive an email with a proof of your digitized artwork. Please review and approve this proof within 24 hours to keep your order on track. Any edits or delays in approval may cause a delay in the shipment date. The final product will be decorated exactly as it appears on the approved proof.
Production Stage: Once your artwork is approved, the order will enter the production phase.
Order Shipment: Upon completion of production, your order will undergo quality control checks and will be prepared for shipping using the chosen method during checkout.
Tracking Information: You’ll receive an email containing your tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Details: Ground Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days for delivery, and Expedited shipping can be selected during checkout for faster delivery.
What are your MOQs? can i order just one?
Our minimums depend on the decoration method and product style, there are certain products that are available to be ordered with a 1 pc MOQ but others begin around 10 pcs all the way up to 50 pcs per style.
Can you blind ship to my clients and retailers?
Yes, we offer fully white labeled (w/ your logo) drop shipping and fulfillment services, whether it is 1 piece at a time to an end user from our shop to their door, or split shipments in bulk to different locations, we can handle it all in house. We integrate with shipstation and most e-commerce platforms to process all orders.
